Summer DIY Inspirations (This Week's Favorite Things Party)

Hi friends, can you believe the day after tomorrow is June?! Already! This year just seems to be flying by. Just a few short weeks till Summer, hard to believe we are here already. I hope you all are in safe areas, with all the wacky, scary weather. I truly pray that you are not in a flooded state or one dealing with tornadoes.  Heads down, pray and get through.  If you are, please know that you have my prayers. With that said, you all are bringing some wonderful Summer Inspiration to the party. I sure hope you are enjoying it. As for me, I'll get through the summer, as I do every year, actually anxiously awaiting Fall. What can I say I'm a Fall/Winter kinda gal. :) That doesn't mean I can't appreciate the beauty, like this week's features!

Holding Onto Spring ~ Favorite Things!

Hello friends and welcome. I'm so very glad you are here. Well, I must admit, I've got my nails dug into this Spring. Really not looking forward to the heat of Summertime. Thankfully, I don't think I am alone in that. Many of you brought a lot of wonderful 'Spring-y' styled posts to share and I was absolutely pleased to no end! Maybe if we wish it long enough..... Nah, "to everything there is a Season" right! That's okay by me, but it doesn't mean I won't savor every single second of this one!

Mixing It Up at This Week's TFT Party!

Hi, friends Welcome back! Boy, the weather has been all over the place around here! Historic snow, to open your windows, a taste of Spring, and back to close everything up because the rain and thunder and lightning storm has begun!! I LOVE every single minute of it. You may, or may not, remember, but I do a lot of countdowns to Fall/Autumn and Christmas. I just love the cooler, cozier months, curled up inside with a good book, project or recipe! I love it! It may just be because I live in Northern California, I truly do sympathize with all my dear friends in the Midwest and on the Eastern Coast that have had severe Winters, I hope you are finding cozy ways to enjoy your Winter, and I'm sure if I was you, I'd be anxiously awaiting Spring and Summer. :)

A Little Bit of This and Whole Lot That (TFT Party)

Good morning and welcome to this week's TFT party!  no theme this week, just a lot of talent and beautiful Features to share with you. There were so many, I scarcely knew where to begin! It warmed up a bit today here, after a record-breaking, once in 11 years, snow!!  that got me in the Spring mode and I baked up a batch of my Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice Muffins-Springtime in a Muffin! If you're needed a little taste of Spring you may want to pop over and get a taste of these.

I think Pam from Everyday Living is feeling the pull for Spring as well with her absolutely beautiful Toile Pink & Roses pst. POP over, she has so much more beauty to see, it was difficult to pick just one image to share with you!

How To Stay Cozy During This Cold Snap (TFT Party)

Hi dear friends, welcome back to the Thursday Favorite Things party. If you are one of those stuck in the below freezing, below zero, blizzard areas of the U.S. you have my deepest sympathies and heartfelt prayers for warmer weather ahead. I, honestly, cannot even imagine. However, I do love to get Cozy on these winter days, whatever the climate. There were definitely some wonderful ways to warm up, hunker down, or just warm the heart, which is the best way of all, right?

So, then, onto my Features for this week.

Michelle from Thistle Key Lane's How To Create a Cozy Winter Bedroom was just exactly on point and so beautifully done, I had to share to of her Cozy room! Don't you just love quilts and trays?! My go-to's for cold weather, as well.
