Let's Dream Big!

Hello, dear friends. I'm so glad you are joining me here. I pray you are all safe and that this pandemic has been only an inconvenience for you and your family and nothing more.  Please join me in praying for all those impacted by these scary days.

For those who are sick, exposed and scared, those who have, sadly, lost a loved one and most of all, all of those in the healthcare field, who are taking care of our friends and family at great personal cost to themselves and their families, I am so grateful. I'm humbled, and yet grateful that I never had to deal with anything like this when I was still nursing.

I'm even more grateful that my family is safe and sound, that we have the essentials that we need to get through this and each other's love to get us through the harder days of feeling alone.
In times like this, it feels a little frivolous to be blogging DIY's and recipes. Then again, I realized what we do IS important, and especially now! People need...no thrive for some sense of normalcy. That's what we can give them! A new recipe to try, a wonderful little project they can do while they are unexpectedly at home, or just something beautiful to dream about! Right?
If we're going to get through all this it will be because of each other and God's Grace. So here are a few of your offerings from last week's party that I want to share with my readers! Thank you for joining us here at the TFT party.
Shellie from The Fabulous Journey shares her way of coping with some wonderful ideas for this space in time with her post Make Meaningful Connections.
Love Love Love Coco from The Crowned Goat's How to Create Crock Inspired Paint Cans

  5. Morning, Theresa! Inspired paint buckets and lemonade bars? Yes, please - wonderful features from such gracious bloggers. Thanks for hosting TFT and being a light in the darkness for so many. I'm sharing at #90, 92, and 93 today and am focused on finding deeper meaning and joy in unsavory circumstances. For me, the answer is not about returning to normalcy or distracting, but growing from the experience, deepening even as we allow reality to be reality. It demands maturity and resources we cannot draw from self...which for me means GRACE is essential. What a blessing to have a loving God! Wishing you his peace and blessing this day. xox

    1. Good morning, Michele, my kindred spirit. :) I feel that way as well. I agree with your statement above God's Grace is SO incredible and I have so much to be thankful for. I, too, am spending time in reflection and prayer, to know where and what HE would have of me, at this time, in this space. Wishing you Peace and Health, dear lady. xo Theresa

  7. Thanks for hosting Theresa, it's much appreciated. I love the distraction of seeing so many wonderful posts for ideas and inspiration. Today, I shared three Easter posts #133-135 as life must go on and it's good to celebrate even if it will only be hubby and I at home with services on TV.
